康妇消炎栓联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察康妇消炎栓联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性痰病后遗症的临床疗效，方法：将2011年5月-2011年12月于我院门诊治疗的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，两组患者均于经期给予抗生素治疗，观察组患者同时给予康妇消炎栓直肠给药联合治疗，比较两纽患者的临床疗效、不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为90％，对照组为75％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；结论：康妇消炎栓联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症，具有疗效确切、不良反应少的特点，有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic in flammatory disease. Methods 80 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in 2011 May -2011 year in December in the treatment of our hospi-tal patients, randomly divided into the observation group and 40 cases in the control group, two groups of patients in the period of antibiotic treatment, the observation group were given kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined treatment, compared the clinical efficacy, two groups of patients with adverse reactions. Results the total effective rate in the observation group was 90%, 75% in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈 0.05） l conelusion kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with antibiotics in the treatment of sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease,has determined curative effect,less adverse reaction characteristics,have a good clinical value.
