中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：比较单纯西药治疗和中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法：将2006～2012年就诊的363例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为两组，均给予隔离致敏原，口服扑尔敏片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上，加用苍耳子散加减熏蒸治疗。观察两组患者喷嚏、清水样涕、鼻塞、鼻瘁等症状的好转情况，并结合实验室检查，运用统计学方法进行临床疗效分析。结果：中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎，可以减少西药的用量和疗程，降低不良反应的发生率，提高治疗效果，减少复发，值得推广。Objective： To compare the simple western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： 2006 - were randomly divided into 363 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis in 2012 patients into two groups, were given the isolation aller-gens, oral chlorpheniramine maleate tablets in the treatment, the observation group in the control group, with Fructus Xanthii Decoction fumigation treatment. Improvement of symptoms in the patients of two groups of sneezing, clear water sample nasal discharge, nasal congestion, nasal itching, and combining with the laboratory examination, the use of statisticaI methods for analysis of ciinical efficacy. Results： in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with combination of TCM and Western medicine, can reduce the dosage and course of treatment of Western medicine, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the recurrence, worthy of promotion.
