摘　　要：目的：探讨康宁克通-A利多卡因混合液联合应用，局部注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩临床疗效。方法：50例瘢痕疙瘩均采用局部注射治疗。结果：痊愈48例，治愈率达98％，显效2例，有效率100％。结论：经注射药联合应用，具有损伤小、不易复发、操作简单实用、费用低廉等特点，在严格选择好适应症的前提下疗效满意。Objective：To study the corning g - A joint application of lidocaine mixture,local injections of keloid treatment clinical curative effect. Methods：50 cases of keloid were treated with topical injection treatment. Results：48 cases were cured, the cure rate was 98%, and the two cases had marked effect,effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：the injection medicine combined application, has little injury, is not easy to relapse, the operation is simple and practical,low-cost, etc,on the premise of strictly choose good indications curative effect satisfaction.
