摘　　要：分析了合理设计模具对冷拔缸筒管的重要性 ,详细介绍了模具的材质选择、形状尺寸及其技术参数 ,提出了冷拔高精密缸筒管的合理减壁率 ,所设计的模具成功地用于生产 ,并取得了良好的效果。The present paper analyzes the importance of retional design on the mold of the high precision cold drawn cylinder tube, describes in detail selection of material, outline dimensions and technical parameters and puts forward a reasonable reduction ratio of the tube wall. Very satisfactory results have been achieved since the designed mold was put into service.
