摘　　要：目的：探讨TMD发生的因素以及心理治疗作用。方法；结合临床工作，对148例患者进行抑郁、焦虑因素量表调查，并采取常规治疗的同时辅以心理治疗，查阅近几年国内外对TMD研究的情况，并进行综述。结果：发现TMD的疼痛症状及疾病发展与心理社会因素有着密切的关系。结论：心理社会因素与痰病相互影响机制具有不可忽略的临床意义。Objective：To investigate the factors of TMD and psychological treatment. Methods：The clinical work,depression,anxiety factor question- naire investigation for 148 cases of patients,and to take the conventional treatment combined with psychological treatment,referring to research on TMD at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed. Results：Found that the development of pain and disease TMD and psychological and social factors have a close relationship .
