中医辩证护理神经根型颈椎病患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨中医辨证护理论对神经根型颈椎病患者的临床护理效果。方法：选择2010年1月-2012年1月我院收治的IOO例神经根型颈椎病患者，随机分为护理组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，护理组采用中医辩证护理，观察两组的护理效果。结果：护理组总有效率和满意度明显高于对照组，而复发率明显低于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中医辨证护理可有效改善神经根型颈椎病患者生活质量，降低复发率，促进其尽快康复。Objective To explore clinical nursing effect of traditional chinese medicine dialectical nursing of patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis. Methods Seleeted in January 2010 - January 2012 our hospital received 100 eases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients, randomly divided into nursing group and the control group,control group using conventional nursing, nursing group using traditional chinese medicine dialectical nursing,observed the nursing effect of two groups. Results Total effective rate and satisfaction of nursing group were significantly higher than the control group, and recurrence rates significantly was lower than the control group,two groups of contrast differences statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conelusion Chinese medicine dialectical nursing can effectively im-prove the quality of life of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis patients, e.an reduce the recurrence rate,promote the rehabilitation as soon as possible.
