摘  要:系统地研究了从锌冶炼烟尘中回收银、锌、铅的新工艺 ,考察了稀硫酸浸取锌 ,氯盐浸取银、铅的最佳工艺参数。该工艺能有效地回收烟尘中的银、锌、铅 ,并具有工艺简单 ,综合回收率高 ,无污染等特点。锌、铅、银的回收率分别大于 91% ,99%和 98%。Recovery of silver,zinc and lead from flue dust of zine metallurgy has been systematically studied in this paper.The optimum process parameters for extraction of zinc by dilute sulfuric acid leaching and extractions of silver and lead by calcium chloride leaching have been investigated.Zinc,silver and lead can be effectively extracted from flue dust by this process.The recovery rates of zine,lead and silver are more than 91%,98% and 99% respectively.The process has the advantages of simple operation art and high comprehensive recovery rates without environmental pollution.
