护理分区排班及组长负责制在麻醉复苏区的实施

摘　　要：目的：设置组长负责制及分区排班，提高麻醉复苏区工作效率及患者满意度。方法：麻醉复苏区设A班及P班组长各一名，负责各分区的工作协调和工作监督，保证患者的安全和护理工作及复苏工作的顺利开展。并管理好各组员。结果：提高工作满意度和工作效率，实施前满意率分别是87％，实施后分别提高至98％。结论：分区排班，责任明确，增加了护士对患者的责任意识，保证了复苏区患者的安全苏醒，提高了工作效率。objective setting leader responsibility system and partition scheduling,improve the anesthesia recovery area work efficiency and the degree of satisfaction of patients. Methods anesthesia recovery area have A class and P team leader each A, responsible for the division of work coordination and supervision, ensuring that patients and nursing work and recovery work smoothly, and manage the team members. Results improve the job satisfaction and work efficiency,prior to the implementation of the satisfaction rate were 87%, after the implementation of the increased to 98%. Conclusion partition scheduling, clear responsibility,increase the nurse to the patient＇s responsibility consciousness, to ensure the safety of the patients recovery area, to improve the working efficiency.
