摘 要:目的探讨男性T2DM患者骨密度(BMD)的变化,并分析主要相关因素。方法选取156例男性T2DM患者和104名健康体检者,分为BMI<25kg/m2(Nob组)以及BMI≥25kg/m2(Ob组),分别测定两组股骨颈大转子处BMD及T值,比较组间差异并分析T2DM患者BMD的相关因素。结果 (1)两组中T2DM患者(A、C亚组)与健康体检者(B、D亚组)的BMD差异无统计学意义。(2)相关分析表明,T2DM患者的BMD与体重、BMI及WC呈正相关,与Cr呈负相关;与年龄、HbA1c、TC、病程等无相关性。BMI是男性T2DM患者BMD改变的因素(r2=0.361,P<0.05)。结论男性T2DM患者与股骨颈大转子处BMD无相关性。Objective To study the changes of level of bone mineral density (BMD) in male T2DM patients and analyze the main factors that influence BMD.Methods The subjects of this study were 156 male T2DM patients and 104 healthy men(NC).BMI<25 kg/m2 was as non-obese group,and ≥25 kg/m2 as obese group.Subgroups included A (T2DM + non-OB),C (T2DM + OB),B (NC + non-OB) and D(NC+OB).The BMD at the femoral neck and its T score were measured.The difference between the two groups was analyzed and the related factors of BMD in the male T2DM patients were studied.Results (1) The BMD level showed no significantly statistical difference between subgroup A and C,between subgroup B and D,between DM and NC.(2) The BMD level of male T2DM patients was positively correlated with body weight,BMI,and WC,but negatively correlated with Cr.There was no relation of the BMD level of male T2DM patients with age,HbA1c,TC,LDL-C,and duration of diabetes.The stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that BMI was the strongest predictor of BMD in male T2DM patients (r2 =0.361,P<0.05).Conclusion In males,there is no relation between T2DM and BMD at the femoral neck.
