摘　　要：简要叙述了宝钢超纯净钢的生产技术。采用该技术 ,在现有技术装备条件下冶炼出了成品磷、硫、氧、氮、氢总含量为 80× 10 - 6 的超纯净钢。还介绍了纯净 IF钢、管线钢批量生产技术。对 IF钢中碳、氮、氧及夹杂物控制技术和管线钢中磷、硫控制技术进行了阐述。The production technology of super clean steel at Baosteel is introduced Under the conditions of the existing technologies and installed equipment,the total content of phosphorus,sulphur,total oxygen,nitrogen and hydrogen in super clean steel amounts to 80×10 -6 The mass production technologies of IF steel,pipe line steel are introduced The control of carbon,nitrogen,total oxygen as well as inclusions of IF steel,and the control of phosphorus,sulphur of pipe line steel are discussed
