摘　　要：目的:探讨急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的诊断和治疗。方法:对16例ARDS患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:16例患者,治愈12例,死亡4例。结论:一旦考虑ARDS诊断,应立即给予以机械通气为中心的综合治疗。Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome. Meth- ods： The clinical data of 16 patients with ARDS was retrospectively analyzed. Results： Of 16 patients with ARDS, 12 cases cured, 4 cases died. Conclusions： Once the diagnosis of ARDS is considered, integrated treat- ment which mechanical ventilation as the center should be immediately given.
