2微米激光在肾盂肿瘤根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨经尿道2微米激光在肾盂肿瘤根治术中的有效性及安全性。方法：15例肾盂肿瘤患者先在膀胱镜直视下使用2微米激光围绕病灶侧输尿管开口周围约0．4～0．7cm处行环形切割，然后取腰部斜切口切除病灶侧肾及输尿管，并自切口将肾及全长输尿管取出，术后定期行化疗药物膀胱灌注。结果：手术时间100～180rain，平均137min，术中无1例并发输尿管撕裂、大出血，术后无明显尿外渗及合并感染。随访3～15个月。复查膀胱镜、彩超等相关检查未见肿瘤复发及转移。结论：此方法创伤小、并发症少、效果良好、安全可行，是治疗肾盂癌值得推荐的手术方法之一。Objective： To investigate the efficiency and safety of the urethra 2 ttm laser in treating the renal pelvis tumor. Result： Operation time 100--180 min, an average of 137 min, No one in this complicated massive hemorrhage, ureteral rupture, and no obvious urine after the permeability, without infection. Follow- up 3--15 months, review cystoscopy, check has not seen the tumor recurrence and metastasis. Conclusions： With less injury and less complications, the treatment has been discussed above is simple and effective. It could be a candidate for renal pelvis carcinoma therapy.
