柳钢50m^2烧结机参数检测及点火温控系统的研究

摘　　要：对柳钢 5 0 m2 烧结机煤气流量的检测、变送元件进行了重新设计和计算 ,对原有参数系统进行了全面、系统地的改造 ;利用 INTOU CH编程 ,制作了友好的用户界面 。The gas detecting and transfering components of 50m 2 sintering machine of Liu Zhou I&S Co. were designed and computed again.The old parameter log was completely modified and rebuilt, the friendly user interfaces were made by INTOUCH4. 0, The on line measurement of the technical parameters and the real time control of ignition temperature were realized.
