摘　　要：介绍了安钢水铁通过合理优化竖炉炉型、改进导风墙、新增二次冷却工艺及将除尘系统重力降尘室与电除尘器合二体为一体等 ,实现竖炉本体工艺现代化改造的过程。通过达产生产实践 。The improvements of Shuitie №2 pelletizing shaft furnace such as optimizing shaft furnace type,improving wind guiding wall,adding secondary cooling,and incorporating dust fallout chamber and electric precipitator as a integer were presented in this paper.As a result of capacity achivement practice, the new shaft furnace attained the domestic advanced level .
