摘 要:以新型阴离子载体S-烷基双硫腙,制备了FeCl4-阴离子选择性电极,研究了电极的性能。确定了亚硝酸催化氧化时Fe2+的最佳反应条件,在4mol/L NaCl- 0.2 mol/L HCl介质中反应 50min时以尿素终止。反应生成的Fe(Ⅲ)以FeCl4-选择性电极电位法测定,间接测定NO2-。线性范围为15~350μg/L NO2-,检出限为8μg/L。该法应用于雪水和水样中亚硝酸根的测定,结果与光度法一致。Ferric tetrachloride anion selective electrode was prepared based on a new type of carrier S- alkyl diphenylthiocarbazone bromides. The characteristics of the eletrode were investigated. The opti- mum conditions of the oxidation reaction of Fe(Ⅱ) catalyzed by nitrite were determined. In 4 mol/L NaCl - 0. 2mol/L HCl solution Fe(Ⅱ) is catalytically oxidized to form Fe(Ⅲ)for 50 min at 16℃, then the reaction ends wilh urea. Nitrite was determined indirectly by determination of Fe(Ⅲ) with poten- tiometer by using the electrode. The linear range of the method is in the range of 15 - 350 μg/L for nitrite with the limt detection of 8 μg/L. The method was used for the determination of nitrite in snow and water. The results agree well with those determined by spectrophotometric methed.
