摘 要:近中性条件下,铽(Ⅲ)能与环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin)反应形成1:2的络合物。利用这一反应,建立了简单、快速、灵敏的测定环丙沙星的荧光方法,并且详细讨论了测定的各种条件。测定的最佳条件为:λwx/λem=325.0/545.0nm,Tb3+(3.0 x 10-3mol/ L)2.0 mL,pH=6.0的NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液 2. 0 mL。线性范围 13- 1000 μg/L,回归方程为 F= 5. 42+ 0. 2207C(μg/L)(r=0.998);检出限为 10μg/L。此方法用于血清及环丙沙星片剂的测定,结果令人满意。In near neutral medium, Terbium(III) can react with ciprofloxacin (CIP) to form 1: 2 coordination compound. Based on this reaction, we proposed a simple, rapid, sensitive new method for the fluorimetric determination of CIP and investigated the reaction conditions in detail. The optimum experimental conditions were as follows: the excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex were at 320.0 nm and 545.0 nm, respectively and 2.0 mL of 3.0 x 10-3 mol/L Tb3+, 2.0 mL of pH = 6.0 (NaAc(HAc) buffer solution were added. The linear range is 13-1000(μg/L). The regression equation is F = 5.42 + 0.2207C (μg/L) (r = 0.998) with the detection limit of 10μg/L. This method has been succeesfully applied to the determination of CIP in tablet and serum samples.
