摘  要:对镓(Ⅲ)-芦丁体系在悬汞电极上的吸附伏安法作了研究,确定了电极过程。在pH5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲底液中用该体系的 1.5阶微分吸咐伏安法测定镓,其线性范围是 1×10-10~1× 10-7mol/ L;检测限为7.5 × 10-11mol/L。用此法测定了粮食中的镓。A sensitive method for the voltammetric determination of trace gallium, based on the adsorption characteristics of gallium(Ⅲ) with rutin at a hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) is described. The experimental results showed that the detection limit and the linear range of 1. 5th order differential linear sweep voltammetry in HAc-NaAc-rutin system(pH 5 .0) for gallium were 7. 5 x 10-11 mol/L and 1 x 10-10 - 1 x 10-7 mol/L, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of gallium in grain. The electrochemical behaviour of gallium-rutin complex at the HMDE was also investigated.
