主客体络合物稳定常数的曲线拟合处理

摘　　要：利用曲线拟合法以处理圆二色谱光谱滴定的实验数据 ,可以给出更为可靠的主 客体络合物的络合稳定常数。与常用的Benesi Hildebrand方程所得结果比较表明 ,当络合物稳定常数较大 ( >50 0 0 )时 ,应该使用曲线拟合法。Curve fitting method was employed to determine the stability constant of host guest complexes from spectropolarimetric titration data processing. The results were compared with those obtained from Benesi Hildebrand equation, indicating that the curve fitting method should be employed for the host guest complexes with large stability constant ( K s>5000).
