摘  要:基于电压源换流器(VSC)的高压直流输电(HVDC)技术改变了电网结构和电压特性,影响所连交流节点低压减载的整定策略。为了保证交直流注入节点严重过载时的暂态电压安全,当负荷过载超出VSC定交流电压调节能力时,基于交流侧电压特性,将VSC控制方式从恒PV切换为恒PQ方式,以一定电压降落为代价,避免VSC因负荷过载而退出运行。当发生更严重过载时,为避免VSC退出运行,结合VSC过流保护,提出快速低压减载算法,用于保证持续供电和暂态电压安全。仿真结果验证了所提算法的必要性和正确性。High voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission based on voltage-source-converter (VSC)changes con- figuration and voltage characteristics of power system, leading to new undervohage load shedding strategy for the adja- cent AC buses. To maintain the transient voltage security at the AC bus, when the constant voltage control object is vi- olated by the load surge, the control strategy is converted from constant PV to constant PQ. With the expense of small voltage drop, the VSC outage is avoided. When the VSC is suffered from more severe load surge, to avoid its withdraw from continuous operation, the fast undervohage load shedding strategy integrated with the over-current protection of the valves is proposed, thus to maintain the power supply and the transient voltage security. Numerical results are pro- vided to validate the necessity and correctness of the proposed algorithm.
