摘  要:运行方式灵活多变的现代互联电网对继电保护的要求越来越高。根据电网继电保护定值整定和校核相似的特点,结合保护整定思路,提出了考虑系统运行方式的继电保护在线智能校核。首先,结合风险理论和连锁故障理论评估保护重要度,根据重要度由高到低的顺序在线校核保护定值;其次,对于不满足"4性"要求的保护定值,根据其运行方式集进行修订,而满足"4性"要求的保护定值则无需修订。实现了保护定值的在线智能校核,对提高电力系统的安全稳定运行有着重要的理论和现实意义。Modern interconnected power system with flexible operation modes has attracted high demands on relay protection. According to the similar characteristics of setting and checking of relay protection and combined with pro- tection setting ideas, a study on online intelligent verification of relay protection considering operation mode is pro- posed. First , evaluate protection importance combined with risk theory and cascading failure theory, and check pro- tection settings according to protection importance from high to low order online. Then, revise the protection settings not satisfying the "four natures" according to their operation mode sets, and do not revise the ones meeting the require- ments of "four natures". Implement online intelligent checking is of great significance to improve the security and sta- bility of power system.
