摘 要:继电保护装置的动态特性对智能变电站的稳定运行起着重要作用。开发了一种针对智能变电站继电保护动态特性的仿真系统,从智能变电站的配置描述文件SCD和故障录波文件中读入所需信息,对不同频率采样数据进行频率转换和统一后,通过预设的或自定义的动作方程和动作特性来模拟继电保护装置的动作过程,以直观的可视化图形再现保护从正常到故障切除的动态全过程。该系统具有开放性和可扩展性,既适用于智能变电站再现故障期间的保护动态特性,又适用于新原理保护装置的开发。The relay protection equipment play an important role on the stable operation of smart substation. A simula- tion system for dynamic characteristics of relay protection based on smart substation is developed in this paper. The necessary information was extracted from substation configuration description (SCD) and fault recording of smart sub- station. The sampled data with different frequencies were transformed and unified. The action process of relay protection equipment was simulated through pre-defined or self-defined operating equations and action characteristics. The dy- namic process from the normal to the fault is reappeared by the graphics in this system. The system is opening and ex- pansibility, which is not only suitable for reproducing dynamic characteristics of relay protection in smart substation, but also applicable to develop new principle protection equipment.
