摘　　要：为提高规划工作的科学性、有效性、实用性和及时性,利用信息化技术建设统一、实用的规划信息系统,覆盖规划项目储备库、规划任务、规划专题研究项目、前期项目、规划基础数据和规划成果等管理业务环节,实现规划业务各项工作的一体化和精益化管理,规范化规划工作管理制度和业务流程,实现跨业务、跨层级信息的有效集成,为电网公司规划相关工作提供强有力的信息支撑。本系统的建设使用,为基本的日常规划工作提供便利,帮助规划人员理清思路,提高工作效率,获得社会和经济效益的最大化。In order to improve the scientific nature, effectiveness, practicality and timeliness of the planning, the in- formation technology is used to build a unified, practical planning information system, which covers planning project repository management, planning and task management, planning special study project management, pre project management, planning basic data management and planning results management. Thus it can realize all of planning business integration and lean management, cure planning management system and business processes to achieve effec- tive integration of cross-business, cross-level information. The system can provide the powerful information support for grid planning work. Through construction and poolication of the system, it can facilitate basic day-to-day planning, help planners clarify ideas, improve efficiency, and maximize social and economic benefits.
