摘  要:目的:探讨江苏省护士职业认同水平及其与工作环境的关系。方法:运用"护士职业认同量表"和"护士工作环境量表",采用分层随机抽样的方法对江苏省6所医院的360名护士进行问卷调查并分析。结果:护士职业认同总分为(102.11±14.96)分,护士工作环境总分为(108.65±10.44)分;护士职业认同在年龄、科室、护龄、职务、婚姻状况、医院等级变量上均存在显著差异;除"团队合作"外,工作环境其余7个因子均与职业认同各因子呈显著相关。结论:江苏省护士的职业认同总体上呈中等偏上水平,加强对工作环境中"领导能力和自主性""、医护关系""、对实践的控制"等因子的关注可以进一步提高护士职业认同水平。Objective:To investigate the level of nurse's professional identity in Jiangsu province and its relationship with the work environment. Methods: Professional identity scale of nurse and work environment scale of nurse were used, and 360 nurses in 6 hospitals of Jiangsu province were analyzed with stratified random sampling method. Results:The scores of professional identity and work environment were 102.11 ± 14.96 and 108.65 ± 10.44. There were significant differences in age, department, seniority, position, marital status and hospital level. In addition to the "team", the other 7 factors of work environment were significantly related to the each factors of professional identity. Conclusion:The professional identity of nurse in Jiangsu province shows a medium level. Strengthening the factors of the work environment such as "leadership and initiative", "doctornurse relationship", "control of the practice" can further improve the level of professional identity.
