江苏省护士职业认同及其与工作环境的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨江苏省护士职业认同水平及其与工作环境的关系。方法:运用"护士职业认同量表"和"护士工作环境量表",采用分层随机抽样的方法对江苏省6所医院的360名护士进行问卷调查并分析。结果:护士职业认同总分为(102.11±14.96)分,护士工作环境总分为(108.65±10.44)分;护士职业认同在年龄、科室、护龄、职务、婚姻状况、医院等级变量上均存在显著差异;除"团队合作"外,工作环境其余7个因子均与职业认同各因子呈显著相关。结论:江苏省护士的职业认同总体上呈中等偏上水平,加强对工作环境中"领导能力和自主性""、医护关系""、对实践的控制"等因子的关注可以进一步提高护士职业认同水平。Objective：To investigate the level of nurse＇s professional identity in Jiangsu province and its relationship with the work environment. Methods： Professional identity scale of nurse and work environment scale of nurse were used, and 360 nurses in 6 hospitals of Jiangsu province were analyzed with stratified random sampling method. Results：The scores of professional identity and work environment were 102.11 ± 14.96 and 108.65 ± 10.44. There were significant differences in age, department, seniority, position, marital status and hospital level. In addition to the ＂team＂, the other 7 factors of work environment were significantly related to the each factors of professional identity. Conclusion：The professional identity of nurse in Jiangsu province shows a medium level. Strengthening the factors of the work environment such as ＂leadership and initiative＂, ＂doctornurse relationship＂, ＂control of the practice＂ can further improve the level of professional identity.
