摘 要:研究了松柏醇两步合成法,以阿魏酸乙酯为起始物,经乙酸酐乙酰化和氢氧化铝锂还原可得到松柏醇,合成方法较以前更简单,工艺稳定,且总得率可达30%左右。探讨其在漆酶催化下对纸张及纤维板物理性能的增强作用,研究发现,在添加量为2%时,纸张的干抗张指数、湿抗张指数与耐破指数较空白样分别提高了21.46%、41.35%、24.48%,纤维板各项物理性能都有较大改善,验证了漆酶催化木素间的耦合作用,为增加纤维交联开辟了新的可行方式。A novel synthesis method of coniferyl alcohol with two steps was developed. This method is more stable and simple than conventional method with high yield up to 30%. In the present research, the role of coniferyl alco- hol is explored to enhance the properties of paper and fiberboard with the catalysis of laccase. It indicates that as the amount of coniferyl alcohol was 2% of whole the fibers, the dry strength and the wet strength of paper increased by 21.46% ,41.35% respectively when the burst index enhanced by 24.48% compared with untreated papers. As well the properties of fiberboard greatly improved. The result verified well that laccase could catalyze the coupling between lignin and fiber. Due to which a new way may be developed for the crosslinking of fibers.
