摘  要:选用杨木P-RC APMP为原料,利用SWECO圆形振动筛对其进行筛分。通过观察不同螺旋角下浆料的分布和细小纤维的形态,测定细小纤维表面电荷、黏度、比沉降容积等参数,对SWECO筛的筛分性能进行了初步评估。结果表明:不同筛分螺旋角下,SWECO筛筛分浆料的实时动态分布轨迹符合阿基米德螺旋曲线,当筛分螺旋角为15o时,细小纤维筛分收益率最高。Poplar P - RC APMP was chosen as raw materials for fines generation, and SWECO Vibro - EnergyR Round Separator was used for fines collecting. The stock distribution in SWECO Vibro - EnergyR Round Separator and morphology of fibers with different screening helix angles were investigated. The effects of the surface charge, viscosity, relative sediment volume were studied for the collected fines, and screening performance of SWECO Vi- bro - EnergyR Round Separator was evaluated. The results showed that the motion track of pulp on the screen me- shes is in accordance with Archimedes spiral curve at different screening helix angles of SWECO screen. When the helix angle is 15°, the yield of fine screening is the highest.
