摘 要:研究了以硫酸铝、硫酸铁、硅酸钠、浓硫酸和氢氧化钠等为原料制备的无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸铝铁(Polysilicate Ferro-Aluminum Sulfate,简称PSAF)对废纸造纸废水三级出水深度处理的效果。考察了n(Si)/n(Al)/n(Fe)、pH和PSAF用量等因素对去除造纸废水的色度及COD Cr处理效果的影响,并且与PAC进行了处理效果对比。结果表明:Si/(Al3++Fe3+)=1.5:1、Al3+/Fe3+=2:1、废水pH=6,温度为40℃,PSAF投加量200mg/L时,PSAF对废水的色度和COD Cr有比较好的去除效果。同样的投加条件下,PSAF效果优于PAC。In this paper, The effect of inorganic macromolecule flocculant: polysilicate aluminium ferric (PSAF) which was made from aluminum sulfate, ferric sulfate, sodium silicate, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide, on ad- vanced treatment of secondary effluent from papermaking was studied. The influences of factors, such as Al / Fe / Si molar ratio,pH value and dosage of PSAF on the treatment effect on removal of color and CODcr of paperrnaking waste water were investigated and its performance was compared with PAC. The results showed that: Si/( Al^3+ + Fe^3+ ) =1.5:1 ,Al^3+/Fe^3+ =2:1 ,pH =4,T =40℃ ,the dosage of PSAF 200mg/L,the PSAF had good removal effi-ciency in color and CODcr, The coagulation effect of PSAF was superior to that of PAC when the dosage was the same.
