摘 要:采用VIS ,ICP及酶活性测定等方法 ,研究铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu2 Zn2 SOD)与精氨酸钴 (Ⅱ ) (Co(Arg) n)的直接相互作用以及外加精氨酸钴(Ⅱ )的量、溶液 pH值对此类相互作用的影响 .结果发现 :在水溶液中原酶活性中心处的Zn(Ⅱ )离子可被外加的精氨酸钴 (Ⅱ )部分诱导、交换出来 ,而溶液中外加Co(Arg) n 中的Co(Ⅱ )进入酶的活性中心 ,形成“Co—SOD”酶衍生物 ,并相应影响酶的催化活性 .与此同时 ,外加精氨酸钴 (Ⅱ )的量、溶液The effect of changing the amount of external added Co(Arg) n and pH values on the interaction of Cu 2Zn 2SOD with organic metal compound (Cobalt(Ⅱ)-Arginine) have been studied by means of ICP, VIS and measurement of enzyme activity. It has found that in aqueous solution, there exists a direct interaction of the metal ions of the active center in the metalloenzyme (Cu 2Zn 2SOD) with external added Co(Arg) n . As a result, part of the metal ions in metalloenzyme were replaced and the corresponding metalloenzyme derivatives (Co(Ⅱ)-substituted derivatives of SOD) were produced and the catalytic activity of enzyme were affected. It has also studied the intensity of interactions in different molar ratios (Cobalt(Ⅱ)-Arginine) and pH values and got some results under the effect of corresponding factors.
