摘　　要：目的 探讨改良经肛门巨结肠根治术的的临床疗效及安全性. 方法 回顾性分析本院自2006-2010年采用改良经肛门巨结肠根治术治疗的68例患儿临床资料. 结果 66例患儿顽固性便秘消失,营养改善,近期无吻合口漏,无腹腔及伤口感染,远期随访无便秘复发及直肠回缩,无吻合口狭窄、污裤及便失禁,2例再发便秘,病理检查确认为巨结肠类缘性疾病,3例有小肠结肠炎. 结论 改良经肛门先天性巨结肠根治术效果满意,术后并发症少,具有较高的临床实用性和安全性.Objetive To investigate the feasibility of modified pull-though Swenson to treat Hirschsprungs discasa.Methods Reviewing analysis was used in 68 cases of children,with Hirschsprungs discasc,who underwent modified pull-through Swenson.Results 66 children with pertinacious constipation recovered and their nutritional condition was improved,No anastomosis leakage and infection of abdominal cavity and incision were found in the short period follow-up,No anastomosis stenosis and incontinence were found in the longperiod follow-up,while 2 children remains constipation and 3children enterocolitis.ConcIusion The modified pull-through Swenson procedure is safe and effective,witha significantly decreased risk of complications.
