摘　　要：Phenylphenol,phosphorus trichloride and aluminium trichloride were mixed and reacted between 60～215℃ for about 11h,then vacuum distilled at 202～235℃ under pressure of -750mmHg.The distillate was added to sodium carbonate solution for hydrolysis.The product was then crystallized by acid,filtered,dried.Vacuum dehydration reaction and grinding were followed to give the title product.Phenylphenol,phosphorus trichloride and aluminium trichloride were mixed and reacted between 60～215℃ for about 11h,then vacuum distilled at 202～235℃ under pressure of -750mmHg.The distillate was added to sodium carbonate solution for hydrolysis.The product was then crystallized by acid,filtered,dried.Vacuum dehydration reaction and grinding were followed to give the title product.
