摘  要:在近 10年内按季度收集了同一个人的头发样品 33份和指甲样品 41份 ,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了人发和指甲中的锰和镍含量。并分别绘制了锰和镍随时间 (年 )变化曲线。获得锰含量波动范围 :人发中 0 .2 10 0— 1.5 0 0 μg/g、指甲中 0 .830 0— 2 .391μg/g;镍含量波动范围 :人发中 0 .490 0— 1.75 0 μg/g、指甲中 1.179— 4.184μg/g。含量变化曲线均具有非线性特征。The human hail & fingernail were collected from one person quarterly about ten years,thirty three & forty one shares respectively The contents of trace manganese and nickel in hail & fingernail were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and the results were satisfactory From a changing curve in human hail & fingernail Mn,Ni by age,it was found that the range of Mn contents was 0.2100—1.500μg/g in hail,0.8300—2.391μg/g in fingernail;that the range of Ni contents was 0.4900—1.750μg/g in hail,1.179—4.184μg/g in fingernail The changing curve has characteristic of nonlinear
