中药坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗肛窦炎的临床护理措施及应用效果。方法：对我院2010年3月～2012年9月期间49例肛窦炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：全组病例经治疗20～40d后效果良好。结论：对肛窦炎患者进行心理指导，提高患者康复的信心，积极配合并坚持中药坐浴配合牛黄痔清栓治疗，效果较好，提高了患者的生活质量，具有操作简便，易于护理等优点，是一种安全有效的治疗方式。Objective： To explore the clinical nursing measures and application effect of Chinese medicine sitz bath with the bezoar hemorrhoids clear sup pository in the treatment of anal sinusitis. Methods：in our hospital during March 2010 to 2012 September, clinical data of 49 cases of anal sinusitis were retro spectively analyzed. Results：all the patients after treatment for 20 - 40d good effect. Conclusion：the psychological guidance to the anal sinusitis patients,im-prove patient rehabilitation confidence,actively cooperate with and adhere to the traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath with the bezoar hemorrhoids clear sup pository in the treatment,good effect,improve the quality of life of patients,and has the advantages of simple operation, easy care and other advantages,is a safe and effective treatment method.
