自制壮药药枕治疗颈型颈椎病60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察自制壮药药枕治疗颈型颈椎病的-临床疗效。方法：符合颈型颈椎病诊断标准的受试者60例，通过枕用自制壮药药枕进行治疗；治疗结束后根据VAS评分变化进行疗效评定。结果：对比患者治疗前后的VAS分值变化，经t检验分析，P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义，总有效率95％。结论：自制壮药药枕治疗颈型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made herbal medicine pillow for neck type of cervical spondylosis. Methods：60 cases of subjects met criteria for diagnosis of cervical spondylosis, by using self-made Zhuang medicine medicated pillow pillow treatment;change score according to the VAS after the end of treatment efficacy evaluation. Results： the VAS score changes before and after treatment were compared, analyzed by t test, P〈0.01,the difference was statistically significant, the total efficiency of 95%. Conclusion： To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made herbal medicine medicine pillow for treating cervical spondylosis.
