中西医结合根除幽门螺杆菌对血清胃泌素影响

摘　　要：目的：通过对胃泌素的研究，旨在为探讨中药联合治疗Hp感染的作用机制提供新的依据。方法：收集幽门螺杆菌感染的消化性渍疡或慢性萎缩性胃炎病例共120例，并随机分为治疗组和对照组，留取空腹血清，应用ELISA法检测2组病例根除幽门螺杆菌前后血清胃泌素含量。结果：中西医结合根除幽门螺杆菌组血清胃泌素下降较多，并有统计学意义，P〈0．01。结论：中西医结合治疗组不但可以提高幽门螺杆菌的根除率，并且促进胃泌素的下降。Objective： Through the serum gastrin research aimed to explore traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment of Hp infection mechanisms of action to provide a new basis. Methods：Collection of Helicobacter pylori infection or chronic atrophic gastritis peptic ulcer cases of 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, Fasting serum specimens, the application of the two groups of cases detected by ELISA serum gastrin levels before and after eradication of Helicobacter pylori. Results： Integrative eradication of Helicobacter pylori in serum gastrin fell more, and was statistically significant,P〈0.01. Conclusions .. In the combination therapy group not only can improve Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and promote gastrin decline.
