摘 要:以10,000吨/年环氧丙烷装置氯醇化反应工段为对象,采用简化的机理模型,通过两相法实施过程的操作优化。考察了操作变量对反应过程的影响,并比较了不同优化目标对优化效果的影响。通过优化显著地提高了过程的运行效益,并提出了进一步提高生产能力和优化效果的途径。A two-phase approach was used for the optimization of a propylene chlorohydrin reactor in a 10, 000 t/year propylene oxide plant based on a simplified steady-state model. The chlorohydrin process was considered as two bubble reactors connected in series, the first one being the chlorine absorber and the second one the chlorohydrination reactor. The gas was assumed to be plug flow and the liquid complete mixing flow in both of the two reactors. The influence of the operating variables on the conversion and the yield was investigated by process simulation. It was demonstrated that there exists an optimal temperature at which the yield is maximized. It was indicated that low feed gas ratios, low propylene chlorohydrin concentrations and high recycle gas velocities are all favorable to improve the yield. The process profit was improved significantly after optimization. Approaches for further improvement of the operation were also suggested.
