人工全肩关节置换术患者术后生存质量和肩关节功能调查研究

摘　　要：目的：评估人工全肩关节置换术（TSA）术后疗效及患者的生存质量状况，为无锡市人民医院继续开展此手术治疗提供临床疗效依据。方法：采用回顾性调查的研究方法，应用生存质量MOSSF-36量表（对符合纳入标准的研究对象（手术纽20例、保守对照组20例）进行评价，同时应用Mallet评分对肩关节功能进行辅助评价。结果：TSA术后患者生存质量在MOSSF-36量表评分和Mallet评分上明显高于保守治疗组。结论：TSA术能为患者解除疼痛、恢复肩关节功能、提高生存质量。Objective： To evaluate the total shoulder arthroplasty（TSA）in the quality of life in patients with curative effect and postoperative, continue to carry out this operation to provide clinical basis for the treatment of people＇s Hospital of Wuxi city. Methods： by using the method of retrospective survey, MOS SF-36 quality of life scale（met the inclusion criteria of the study（operation group 20 cases, control group 20 cases of conservative）were evaluated, at the same time score for supporting the evaluation of shoulder joint function of Mallet. Results： the postoperative quality of life of patients with TSA in the MOS SF-36 score and Mallet score was significantly higher than that in conservative treatment group. Conclusion： TSA can relieve the pain, shoulder joint function recovery, and improve the Quality of life.
