摘　　要：目的：探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者经鼻内镜鼻窦手术后黏膜形态的变化及相关的影响因素。方法：选择我院90例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者行常规Messerklinger术式鼻内镜鼻窦手术，对术后黏膜形态变化进行观察，对ESS手术疗效进行评定并分析影响鼻黏膜恢复的相关性因素。结果：90例患者治愈59例，好转25例，无效6例。结论：ESS术后鼻黏膜形态及功能的恢复受术后综合治疗及变应性反应等因素的影响。Objective：To investigate the changes in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis mucosal morphology of endoscopic sinus operation and the influence fac-tors. Methods：a total of 90 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis underwent Messerklinger surgery endoscopic sinus operation, to observe the morphological changes of mucosa after operation, evaluation and analysis of correlated factors influencing the nasal mucosa recovery of the ESS operation curative effect. Results： of the 90 patients, 59 cases were cured, 25 cases improved, 6 cases ineffective. Conclusion： ESS postoperative nasal mucosal morphology and function by postoperative comprehensive treatment and allergic reactions and other factors influence the restoration.
