顺酐甲醇部分酯化加氢制γ-丁内酯的研究

摘  要:研究在低压中温下顺酐甲醇部分酯化加氢制γ-丁内酯的反应。发现在0.8 MPa和 220℃下加氢,可 将顺酐和顺丁烯二酸单甲酯全部转变为γ-丁内酯,而反丁烯二酸单甲酯则部分转变为丁二酸单甲酯,几乎不 能将顺丁烯二酸二甲酯和反丁烯二酸二甲酯转变为γ-丁内酯,而仅转变为了二酸二甲酯。The synthesis of γ-butyrolactone (γ-BL)by partial esterification of maleic anhydride with methanol and hydrogenation at lower pressure and middle temperature was studied. It was found that all of maleic anhydride and all of monomethyl maleate were converted to γ-BL, partial monomethyl fumarate was converted to monomethyl succinate,dimethyl maleate and dimethyl succinate were not converted to γ-BL,but to dimethyl succinate by hydrogenation at 0.8Mpa and 220℃.
