临床护理路径在糖尿病住院患者健康教育中的应用观察

摘  要:目的:棵讨应用临床护理路径对糖尿病住院患者实施健康教育的效果。方法:79例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组39例,观察组40例,观察组按照规定的临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,比较2组患者住院期间满意度和健康教育知识迭标率。结果:观察组在健康教育迭标率、患者满意度方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。结论:应用临床护理路径对糖尿病患者实施健康教育,可以提高患者对健康知识的掌握度和对护理工作的满意度,并可提高护理工作质量。Objective to investigate the effect of application of clinical nursing path to implement health education for patients with diabetes. Methods 79 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases in the control group, the observation group of 40 cases, the observation group to carry out health education in accordance with the provisions of the clinical nursing path,the control group using the traditional methods of health ed-ucation,compared 2 groups of patients during hospitalization compliance rate of satisfaction and the knowledge of health education. Results in the observation group, patients satisfaction rate were significantly better than the control group in the standard of health education,the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion the application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for patients with diabetes, patients can improve the degree of health knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work,and can improve the quality of nursing work.
