超声引导下宫腔填塞纱布条治疗顽固性产后出血的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声引导下宫腔填塞纱布务治疗顽固性产后出血临床效果。方法：对19例产后大出血，经一般止血方法无效采用超声引导下宫腔填塞纱条止血的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：19例均保留子宫，止血效果满意，无感染发生。结论：超声引导下宫腔填塞纱条术治疗顽固性产后出血方法简单，止血速度快，是一种有效地止血方法。Obiective：To investigate the uterine cavity filling gauze ultrasound guided the clinical effect of treatment of intractable postpartum hemor-rhage. Methods 19 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, the general hemostatic methods is invalid under the guidance of ultrasound cases of uterine cavity filling yarn article hemostatic materials were retrospectively analysed. As a result, 19 cases were the uterus, hemostatic effect is satisfied, there is no infection oc-curred. Article conclusion uterine cavity filling yarn under the guidance of ultrasound treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage method is simple, fast hemostasis,is a kind of effective hemostatic method.
