住院患者外出安全管理的应用与体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨病人去向登记本在内科病房的应用，以保障住院病人的就医安全，加强患者的安全管理。方法：自2011年起使用我科自行设计制定的病人去向登记本，规范病人在临床交接过程的安全。结果：使用后未发生由于病人外出，检查，回家等不在病区，所造成的纠纷，护理缺陷差错发生率为零，我科住院患者满意度由95％增至98．5％。结论：切实做到了以病人为中心，提高了护理服务质量及护士责任心，保障了病人在交接过程中的护理安全，促进病房管理规范化。Objective To ensure the inpatients＇medical safety as well as enhance their safety management, this article discussed the application of the Reg-ister for Inpatients＇ Track Logs in the medical ward. Methods The Register for Inpatien＇s Track Logs designed by our own department has been available since 2011, which can be used to guarantee the inpatients＇ safety during clinical handovers. Results After the registers were put into use, no disputes have been caused because of inpatients＇ being absent from the ward for home or physical examination,and the accident rate of nursing service is zero. The satisfaction of our patients has increased from 95 % to 98. 5 %. Conclusion The patient-centered care has been truly realized;both the nursing quality and nurses＇ sense of responsibility have been improved. In addition, the nursing safety of inpatients during the clinical handover has also been guaranteed. All of these have contrib-uted to the management standardization in the ward.
