摘　　要：Aminoquinoline reacted with 5 bismethylthiomethylene or 5 methylthioalkylidene isopropylidene malonates under microwave irradiation as one pot reaction to afford a new convenient synthesis of 3 substituted 1(1H) pyrimidine [1,2 a] quinoline 1 ones.
