摘 要:采用气体物理吸收技术与静态总压蒸汽法分别测定了甲醇合成过程中反应组分H2、CO、CO2及产物甲醇、水在医用液体石蜡中的溶解度。实验结果表明:随温度增加,H2、CO的溶解度增加,而其他组分的溶解度均降低。在本文的实验范围内,H2、CO、CO2等组分的溶解特性基本符合亨利定律;甲醇和水不满足亨利定律;随温度增加,甲醇的活度系数降低。由实验数据回归得到了各组分的溶解度与平衡压力及温度的关联式,各关联式的计算值与实验值吻合良好。Solubilities of gas components H2, CO, CO2 and CH3OH, H2O in liquid paraffin for three-phase methanol synthesis process were measured at the temperatures ranging from 453K to 533K and at pressures ranging from 0.05MPa to 5.0MPa by means of indirect gas physical absorption technique and static total vapor pressure method. The experimental results showed: solubilities of H2 and CO increased but solubilities of other components decreased with temperature increase. Under these experimental conditions, solubilities of H2, CO, CO2 approximately followed Henry's law, and active coefficient of methanol in liquid paraffin reduced with increasing of temperature. The calculated values from the correlation equations of solubilities of various components to its equilibrium pressure and temperature obtained through regressing the experimental data agreeed well with the experimental data.
