论白石水库工程对生态环境的影响

摘　　要：2011年中央一号文件《中共中央国务院关于加快水利改革发展的决定》提出,水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基。如今党的"十八大"将生态文明建设写入党章并作出阐述,可见生态建设的重要性。分析水利工程建设对生态环境的影响,目的是协调两者的关系,促进社会可持续发展。本文以白石水库为例,对水利工程对生态环境的影响进行粗浅的探讨和研究。In 2011 ,the central document No.1 ＂CPC Central Committee and State Council on speeding up the development of water reform decision＂proposed, water is the source of life, production, ecological base to. Now the party＇s ＂Eighteen＂will be the construction of ecological civilization into the party constitution and described,showing the importance of ecological comtruction. Analysis of the influence of water conservancy project construction on the ecological environment,the purpose is to coordinate the relationship between the two, and promote the sustainable development of society. In this paper,Baishi reservoir as example, explores and studies on the influence of water conservancy project on the ecological environment.
