摘 要:本文研究了钼(Ⅵ)与邻苯二酚紫及结晶紫形成三元配合物的条件,提出了测定微量钼的光度法。三元配合物形成的适宜 pH 范围为3.5~5.0,λ=645nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.18×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Mo(Ⅵ)量在0~10μg/25ml 范围内符合比尔定律。A new sensitive method is presented for the spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum.This method is based on the colour reaction of the molybdenum(Ⅵ) with pyrocatechol violet(PV) and crystal violet(CV) at pH 3.5~5 in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 5.18×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The molar ratio of the complex is fonud to be Mo(Ⅵ):PV:CV=1:2:2.Beer's law is obeyed for Mo(Ⅵ) in the range of 0~10μg/25ml,The method proposed has been applied to the determination of mieroamounts of molybdenum in steel.
