摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3催化剂,并通过FT-IR,XRD对其进行了表征.以H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂催化合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮,研究了各种因素对收率的影响.结果表明:固定环己酮用量为0.20mol,在n(环己酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.4,反应时间30min,带水剂环己烷的用量为10mL,催化剂的用量占反应物总质量的0.8%的优化条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达88.9%.The H3PW12 O40/ZrO2-WO3 was prepared by impregnation, and characterized by FT-IR and XRD. Cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and 1,2-propanediol by using H3 PW12 O40/ZrO2-WO3 as the catalyst. The influence factors on the yields of cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal were investigated. The optimum conditions are that: molar ratio of cyclohexanone and 1,2- propanediol is 1 : 1.4,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 10 mL,reaction time is 30 minutes,and mass fraction of catalyst to reactants is 0.8 % ,respectively. The yield of cyclohexanone 1,2- propanediol ketal can reach 88.9 % under the optimum conditions.
