摘　　要：围绕河北省全员人口数据库,开展了分布式人口地理信息系统的构建研究.研究表明,人口地理信息系统需同时面对数据生产者和数据消费者,必须采用B/S和C/S混合架构模式.在系统的C/S架构部分,直接使用成熟的GIS桌面系统,既满足了人口地理数据生产,也减轻了系统开发强度和难度,同时保证能及时开展各种复杂空间分析,及时进行成果发布;在系统的B/S架构部分,使用Flex语言,基于Rest接口,利用ArcGIS For Flex API函数,开发了WebGIS程序,解决了客户端浏览器兼容性问题,满足了用户对人口地理数据的消费行为.系统与全员人口数据库融合,突破了对人口普查和统计年鉴的刚性依赖,提高了人口个案信息和统计信息的时效性;系统与各厅局专题数据融合,拓展了人口宏观决策参与范围.实践证明,分布式人口地理信息系统已成为人口地理研究产、学、研一体化的工作平台,分布式是人口地理信息系统步入社会化驱动阶段的必由之路.Based on the whole staff population database of Hebei province,the research on the construction of population geographic informafion system is carried out. Research shows that population geographic information system needs to face both data producers and data consumers in a mixed architecture composed of C/S and B/S structure. In the C/S part of the system,we can use the mature GIS desktop system directly,this will satisfy user＇s demands on data production,reduce the difficulty of system development, implement complex spatial analysis and publish research achievement. In the B/S part of the system, based on Rest interface,using Flex and ArcGIS For Flex API functions,we can satisfy user＇s demands on data consumption, realize web program quickly and solve browser compatibility problems. The fusion of the whole staff population database can breakthrough the dependence on census data and the Statistical Yearbook, and can improve the timeliness of personal and statistical information. Integration with the thematic data of each Bureau, the system expands the scope of population macroscopic decision-making. Practice has proved that distributive population geographic information system has become the industry-academia-research integration work platform,distributive is the route which population geographic information system must pass to socialization driven stage.
