摘  要:针对一款新型两级离心压气机,利用Concepts NREC软件完成了其一维设计,采用NUMECA软件进行了三维数值仿真,并将仿真结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,模拟压比与试验压比最大误差在3%以内,流量最大误差在5%以内。阐述了两级离心压气机在不同转速下失速、高效、堵塞3个工况点的内部流场情况,给出了压气机进一步优化的方向。One dimension design was achieved with Concepts NREC software and the 3D simulation was conducted with NU- MECA software for a new two-stage centrifugal compressor and the simulation and experimental results were compared and an- alyzed. The maximum difference of pressure ratio and flow between simulation and experiment was within 3 % and 5% respec- tively. The internal flow fields of stall, high efficiency and chock under different speeds were discussed and the further direction of optimization was proposed.
