摘  要:针对危化品输送管道阀门控制器工作的高可靠性及无线远程控制的特殊要求,将嵌入式技术与无线网络通信技术相结合,设计了具有无线网络功能的嵌入式阀门远程控制器。通过设计控制信号双路冗余输出、输出信号反馈,实现了阀门控制器输出故障自诊断功能;结合心跳包机制,设计了网络故障处理程序,实现了网络故障自诊断和自愈功能。现场测试结果表明,设计的阀门远程控制器输出信号准确、控制可靠、通信稳定、能够有效实现设计功能。Considering the requirements of high reliability and the wireless remote control for the valve controller which works in condition of dangerous chemicals pipeline transportation,an embedded valve controller with wireless network function is designed through the combination of the embedded and wireless network communication technology.In this paper,dual redundant output and feedback of control signal are designed to realize the output self-diagnosis; network fault handler program is designed to implement the network fault self-diagnosis and self-healing function by combining the heartbeat mechanism.The results of online test show that the remote valve controller is precise,reliable and stable.The fault self-diagnosis and self-healing function can be realized effectively.
