摘　　要：本文通过对国家标准形式审查中的问题进行归纳和分析,提出了通过内容比对核查、关键词句核查和数据库核查三种改进标准形式审查的方法,用计算机代替部分人工审查方式,由此提高形式审查的准确率、改进审查工作的管理方式,最终提高审查工作效率,提高标准编写的规范性和准确性。Summarizing and analyzing the problems in examination of national standards format, and combining exiting problems in standards format examination, this paper proposes three improved methods for format examination including content comparison and verification, key words and phrase verification and database verification. These methods will improve precision of format examination and management mode of examination by computer technology replacing part of manual work, and thereby enhancing efficiency of examination and improving the normative and accuracy of writing of standards.
