摘  要:目的建立金丝桃素的碘-131标记方法。方法以Iodogen为氧化剂,对金丝桃素进行了碘-131的亲电取代标记。结果在中性反应条件下,使用适当量金丝桃素和Iodogen,标记反应可快速而高效地完成,标记率可高达99%。结论该标记流程操作简单,标记率高,标记物稳定。Objective The aim of this study is to establish the method for labeling hypericin with iodine - 131. Methods we used Iodogen as the oxidant and the hypericin were labelled with iodine - 131 by electrophilic substitution. Re-suits In the neutral reaction conditions, using the proper amount of bypericin and Iodogen, the labeling reaction will com- plete quickly and efficiently and the labeling rate could be as high as 99%. Conclusion The labeling process was relatively simple and the labeling rate was high and the labeled compound was stable.
